Raspberry & Amaretto Pavlova
4 tbsp raspberry & amaretto jam
4 meringue nests
1 punnet of raspberries
300ml whipping cream
1tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp icing sugar
In a mixing bowl, whisk the cream with the vanilla
and icing sugar until it makes soft peaks.
Fold the raspberries into our raspberry & amaretto jam.
Divide the cream between the meringues and top
with the jam and raspberry mixture.
Chill until ready to serve.
